Also, I think like the races in Montreal proved, and like sometimes in other racing series, the racing itself would not be very good.

I agree with some of the above posts, yes it rains and yes other motorsports drive in the rain, the difference is that NASCAR doesnt practice for the rain. The spray on F! cars and INDY cars is much greater than a NASCAR and they still run in the rain. NASCAR does not have their drivers practice for wet weather conditions so they cannot expect them to race in the rain. If NASCAR has their drivers practice for rainy conditions and has a solid wet weather tire then they could race in the rain!
